It's the unofficial start to your BBQ week!

The electrical line is going in for the freezer as I type this! Hopefully we will be stocked up before the end of the week. It's been far too long!

Huge shout out to Erin for the help this weekend, she did great behind the counter and her experience with dietary restrictions was helpful in at least one conversation which was a huge help!

Upcoming days of note:
Friday 9/25 - ROC BBQ will be closed
Saturday 9/26 - Jason will be at the helm steering the store directly into an asteroid field of sales I didn't approve 🤣

Finally made some progress on the store projects. Not much, but it's a start!

It's been a while now but we are fully restocked on Four Season Firewood crates! Hickory, oak, cherry and apple short splits are perfect for your backyard offset, gravity smoker or Kamado. All harvested here in upstate NY and seasoned below a 20% moisture rating. I've been using Four Season Firewood since before I opened ROC BBQ Supply and they have been a fantastic partner since the very beginning. $35 + tax per crate which is about 1/2 the going rate of chunks in bags by volume. It's Wednesday, it's rainy and it's a mixed bag of news today 😅

GMG sale is over and the Peak has increased in price to $1099 from $999

The tariffs have smacked Napoleon so not only is the sale ending but the standard prices are going up

BUT....

I put together a new rack and have more goodies coming in! Come say hi!
