Three events over the next two days! Draw Club tonight (5/28) at 7pm. They usually sit outside, so keep that in mind when planning your outfit! Tomorrow (5/29) Lifespan is having a volunteer informational event for their caregiver respite program, from 1-2:30pm. All are welcome, no obligations to sign up for anything, so come and learn and have a NA beverage! Tomorrow (5/29) is the closing of the Red art show we've had this month from 6-8pm, including some artist pop ups! Hope to see you!

AltBar has three core values that are important to us, and we try to keep them in mind in everything we do. They are: inclusion, impact, and appreciation for everyone's value and humanity (this third one could use a better one word summary!). In addition to the caption contest photo (which the contest runs through the end of today!), took this gem of our incredible partners for the event. Our "Stay Beautiful" NA cocktail that we served features these premier non alcoholic brands: , , and .

We are so lucky to be able to use such quality ingredients in our NA cocktails; it really allows us to open up our options and expand what we're doing. Big thanks to these three organizations for not only creating quality products, but also working with us to make sure there are inclusive options at events such as the ! (Oh, and we sell these products retail at our shop too!)

We had a blast at the Lilac Fest, and we received some pictures, thanks to (who did an amazing job!)

Did you know that has taken over our (non plant based) snack plates? They are also working on overhauling our entire food menu (what is a posset?), and we are so excited to see it evolve! As you know, we don't have a full kitchen, but Sabine is helping us see how many opportunities we have to serve you amazing bites to pair with your NA drinks. More to come!

I'm proud to be a volunteer at , a local organization helping older adults take on the challenges and opportunities of longer life. We are hosting an event for anyone who is interested in learning more, especially about their caregiver respite program, on Friday, May 29 from 1:00-2:30pm. This is a longer reel (and caption?) than what Meg would typically approve, but I hope that you find something interesting in it, and maybe join us if you want to learn more about helping our community in this way. As my guest, Larry, said: there's no pressure or commitment. If nothing else, have an NA drink and a conversation!

One of the things that Meg did when she was full time running the show was get a porch goose for the shop. I'll admit it: I was not a fan at first. But...she (Bitters) has grown on me. Now one of my favorite things is picking her outfit. Bitters is getting ready for Memorial Day, and the summer, and I'm here for it!
