It's garlic harvest time🌱—one of my absolute favorite things to grow! 🧄 There's nothing like pulling fresh garlic from the garden. It's packed with flavor, has so many health benefits, and can be used in just about everything.

I just can't get enough of it, which is exactly why I went to the Washington State Garlic Fest and picked up some new favorite varieties. I can't wait to try them! And if you know me, you know I'm a spicy girl... so I definitely brought home some garlic with a little extra heat! 🌶️🧄

Offering local forest-grown shiitake mushrooms.

Did you know that basically all store-bought shiitakes are grown on grain bags indoors? Not these mushrooms!! Ours are grown on our homestead in Oakville on logs (alder) the way it is traditionally done in Japan.

$8 per half pound bag.

(I have 4-5 lbs available now and I'm coming to Rochester tomorrow, but we are fruiting them continuously throughout the summer.)
