Our Story
Started by Kitty Boyce in 1991 as The Kids Closet, she was looking for a way to sell her daughter’s outgrown items and help her neighbors at the same time. The small town feel of Rochester was a perfect place to open a business where people treat you like family. In 2008, the store branched out into ladies and men’s clothing, home décor, and furniture and Kitty renamed it Remarkable Resale.
Specializing in only the nicest clothing and accessories for the entire family and interesting decor and furniture for your home, we buy outright items in excellent condition.
