We’re proud to announce that Tom Turner has been promoted to CEO at FSI.

Tom’s FSI journey began 25 years ago as a work co-op student at RIT. From those early hands-on experiences to joining full time after graduation, he has grown with the company and strengthened the people, culture, and values that drive our success.

Tom has always been committed to developing talent, fostering collaboration, and staying true to the principles that guide FSI. As CEO, he will continue to lead with these values while guiding the company’s growth and preparing for the next decade.

When reflecting on his vision for the future of FSI, Tom shared, “As a Rochester-based company, we’re proud of our roots and optimistic about what’s ahead. The next 10 years will be about building on our momentum, expanding our capabilities, and ensuring FSI remains a place where people can build long, meaningful careers.”
