The building was originally Engine Company No. 6 of the Rochester Fire Department. Using horse-drawn steam engines, this firehouse was important during the "Era of the Horses" from 1886 to 1921. The firehouse was eventually decommissioned and without use, fell into disrepair during the middle of the 20th century. For over 40 years, Craft Company No. 6 has attracted patrons of fine arts from Roches

Someone knocked the fireman down again last night. He was standing when I was here at 8pm and this morning he is down again. I am not sure why the kids these days think it is okay to destroy private property.

If anyone knows who I can talk to in the fire department to have the guys pick him up again that would be great, we have to move him so the he cannot be used as leverage to climb onto Chubby.
