Still soaking this one in.

This past Sunday, News 8 stopped by and shared our story on the evening news — and while seeing the coverage is incredible, what matters most is why it happened. This flea doesn’t exist without our activations, musicians, venue partners, vendors, volunteers, and the constant firepower of the Rochester community. Truly — this only works because you show up, believe in it, and build it with us.

We’re endlessly grateful and committed to staying community-centered as we grow. That connection will always come first.

Next steps are already in motion. Our next flea is locked for the end of March — official announcement coming early next week. Stay tuned, and thank you for being the reason this keeps moving forward.

💛 Community Comes First at The Great NYS Flea 💛

For our final market of the season, we’re proud to host a Community Drive Giveback in partnership with House of Mercy 🕊️. Together, we’re collecting essentials to support Rochester’s most vulnerable neighbors — and we need YOUR help.

📦 Most Needed Items:
• Gallon water jugs (no individual bottles)
• Reusable grocery bags
• Mess kits for outreach efforts
• Fitted twin or twin XL sheets + blankets (any size)
• New socks + underwear (larger sizes M/W)
• Shelf-stable pantry items

✨ How to Give:
1. Drop donations at the market on 9/28
2. DM us to schedule a pickup/drop-off
