Happy Monday folks! I'm a little behind for this weekend because of the AMAZING veg fests I was at the last two weekends in August so please do checkout my retail partners if you're looking for my smoked gouda or cheddar specifically. I'll have a few pieces but definitely not a ton.

Crossing my fingers I'll be back to my regularly scheduled programming for the weekend of the 19th.

We're almost at the 200lb cashew mark for 2026 and we're only halfway through 😱😱😱

You guys are keeping this cheesemaker busy.

PS: I'm also on my 4th case of almonds. Which means I've made about 75lbs of Into the Garden and almond ricotta 🤯
