Happy Monday everyone!!! I hope you all had a great weekend! Our forecast here this week finally shows some temps in the 50's for lows and 70's for highs! I guess Fall weather finally decided to show up to the party lol😆 I was literally dripping sweat even at 10:30 outside at the concert last night. The humidity was brutal🥵 To say I'm beyond excited for cooler weather is an understatement! Naturally though living in the Southeast we have yoyo weather and it'll mean mornings will feel like sweata weatha and by the afternoon I'll be sweating lol. How are the temps where you live, starting to see a cool down yet?!

Oh yah, wanted to add that we were in our local Walmart yesterday and literally right next to the summer clearance items on one side aisle you saw all the Fall and Halloween decor and then on the other side of summer clearance you saw the start of the Christmas aisle! They had about 5 Christmas decor pieces out so far. I bet by November they'll have added the Valentine's day aisle at this rate🤣 I'm definitely not mad at it though because seeing Christmas items at stores means the holiday season will be upon us soon, yay!!! I hope you all have a marvelous Monday ❤️

Happy Sunday friends!😊 Sorry I was MIA yesterday! It was such a beyond busy day and I literally didn't sit down from going non stop til 9:30pm last night. Needless to say I was tapped out lol. We woke up at 6:45am yesterday to have a much needed yard sale to purge a ton of things. Then after that we volunteered 3 hours at The Plow Fall market which was a great and fun turnout. Dropped a packed SUV load of donations off, grabbed dinner, and knocked out our bi-weekly Sam's Club trip. By the time we got home and put groceries away it was after 9pm haha. Not that I needed to spew our whole day to you lol, but I literally sat down and went I totally haven't even posted anything today or checked in on my friends, but I also said I just don't have the energy or brain capacity right now to do it. Does anyone else have days like that?! We're getting ready for church now and this evening I'm excited to be going to see Salt N Peppa, TLC, and En Vogue with my sister and nieces!!! Haha, it's super rare for me to go anywhere late on a Sunday evening, but I'm looking forward to girl time with them! Remember today to find atleast one thing to give The Lord thanks and praise for in your life❤️ I hope everyone has a beautiful and blessed Sunday!

Happy Friday everyone!!! We've made it to another weekend 😊 This weekend is a big one for The Plow at Handsmill! It's our second antique vendor Fall market. Last year's was a huge success and I'm sure this year's will be too! This weekend you can come shop lots of new treasures in the 100+ vendor booths in 2 full buildings plus starting tomorrow and Sunday there will be outdoor antique/vintage vendors who are from all over the Carolinas. If you purchase something, you can enter your name into the multiple gift basket drawings with names being pulled all throughout the weekend event! Our vendors have all come together to provide items for these beautifully curated gift baskets which make them even more special! The Plow held a big 2 night booth reset and many of our vendors were in adding new furniture and vintage/antique treasures into their booths to prepare for the event ❤️ I'll be there tomorrow from 3-6pm, so if you're local make sure you come say hi to me! A big thank you to my hubby for helping me last night to hang some things up high and move in a new piece of furniture into my booth #75 in the back building 🥰 I hope everyone has a fabulous Friday!!!

Good morning friends! I hope your week is treating you well so far😊 We're almost to the weekend, just hang on!!! I had mentioned before that our sedums were growing huge in our back yard, but hadn't started to fully change to their blushy coral pink colors yet. They've finally started to turn and are looking so beautiful! They attract a gazillion bees though. So I never get too close haha.😬 Our lantanas are ginormous too and they attract so many pretty butterflies and these really cool bugs called hummingbird hawk moths. They're a pretty big moth and they hover like a hummingbird. They look like they have soft fur on their backs. They only seem to show up around this time of year in our yard and I've only seen them on our lantanas. It's so cool to see one in person! Have you ever heard of or seen this type of moth where you live?! I hope everyone has an amazing day ❤️

Happy "What in the world is this Wednesday and how do you use it?!" Today's treasure is definitely a beauty and would be the perfect addition to your holiday table centerpiece!😍 If you've never seen one of these before, it's a vintage silver plated floral pedestal bowl with a brass flower frog lid! You fill the bowl up with water and place your floral stems through the holes of the flower frog lid. I included a picture from Pinterest to give you a similar idea of what it would look like full of flowers❤️ It's truly a beautiful and special piece that you don't see very often. You can find this beauty in my booth #75 in the back building of The Plow at Handsmill here in Rock Hill SC! I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday 😊

Happy Tuesday friends! Yesterday I shared with you our outside Fall decor which is very vibrant and colorful. Today I wanted to share with you the touches of Fall I sprinkled inside our home 😊 The inside decor is very different from the outside and is very neutral, but still warm. Some years I go all out and fully decorate my mantel too. This year I kept it simple and just added a little bit of Fall touches here and there. I think my favorite piece of Fall decor I added new this year is the little mini brass pumpkin shaped teapot in the first picture! 😍 Do you decorate the inside of your home or just the outside? Are you a neutral Fall person or love the warm oranges, yellows, and browns?! I'd love to hear how you decorate for Fall 😊 I hope you have a terrific Tuesday!!!

Good Monday morning everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! I finally got around to decorating our front porch and flower bed for Fall 🍂 The summer heat is still hanging on here in our area, so I was literally dripping sweat while putting out my pumpkins. Lol, it made me feel like I was living back in Florida 🥵😂 I'm hoping now that I put up Fall decor, that summer will finally get the memo that it's time to take a hike lol!!! I can't wait for cool crisp mornings and evenings, for Fall festivals, and apple picking! Our local stores have started putting fresh pumpkins and mums out this past week and it makes me smile so big every time I see them😊 I hope you all have a happy Monday and a great start to your week!🧡🤎

Good Sunday morning everyone! Not only are we blessed to have a lake nearby our house, but we also have a huge river that runs through our city. So we have multiple access points to the River district to walk and spend time in nature. The 3 of us spent some time this weekend making a trip over to the Catawba River to take a walk closer to dusk and then we stopped at the ice cream shop there afterwards😊 The sky was so beautiful reflecting off the river and I just had to stop several times to admire God's handiwork and the beauty He placed all around us❤️ I hope you'll find some time today to stop and reflect on the beauty in nature that God so lovingly created just for you! Happy Saturday friends!!! Yesterday I stopped at my friend Victorias estate sale in Clover SC and picked up a few treasures ❤️ Today the estate is 50% off and open til 2pm! There were several pieces of beautiful art and furniture as well as lots of decor and kitchen items left as of yesterday. If you're local, definitely stop by and check it out and then come stop by The Plow for a bit more treasure hunting in 2 full buildings!😊 I hope everyone has a great day!!!
