Attention all!!! We've added more equipment this season and we still have limited availability for Graduation Weekend and Independence day weekend. Pole tents and frame tents available, plus tables/chairs/lighing, etc. Please do not wait to long to hire the areas best rated, 20 years in business tent and event company. We are fully insured with liability and workers comp Insurance. Be smart and safe if you are renting anytime to insure the company you choose is fully insured and experienced. Right now, although it is crazy winter cold, the smart planners are thinking about the nice weather ahead and events this season. We've heard some crazy stories about inexperienced, start-up tent Rental businesses failing customers. Here's a couple pointers as you plan.

-Go with an experienced Tent and event company, 20 years in business is a good start
-Take the time to look at reviews and customer comments, okay, again 20 years of only 5 star reviews
-Maybe a business that is Veteran owned and operated.
-a business with crew members that have many years of experience in the industry that know how to resolve challenges at set -up

Okay maybe that was a lead on to, All American Event Rentals, or any good quality and experienced company but not many like that serving the Sullivan, Orange, Ulster county and Western PA areas.

Corporate events, Weddings, Graduation Parties, Religious events, Birthday or anniversary parties, housewarming, Bridal showers, Baby showers, you name it All American Event Rentals has been doing it for 20 years.
