Bark and Books Welcome to Bark and Books, a heartfelt book series inspired by the real-life journeys of rescue dogs from Small But Mighty Rescue in Campobello, SC.

Our mission is to teach kidness and responsible pet care. All sales support Small But Mighty Dog Rescue. Kristen Lieber and co-author Liz Skomra, owners of Bark and Books LLC, combine their love for dogs and storytelling to create heartwarming children’s books that teach kindness, compassion, and responsible pet care. Kristen and Liz have fostered over 500 dogs over the past several years and work

closely with Small But Mighty Rescue, where Liz is the founder. This is where all of their stories find inspiration.
