🦋🤍 A COMMUNITY COMING TOGETHER FOR A BEAUTIFUL CAUSE | BENEFIT MARKET FOR FABIOLA & HER FAMILY 🤍🦋

Behind every small business is a person, a family, and a story. Today, we want to share the story of a family within our own vendor community who needs our love, prayers, and support. 🤍

Fabiola, one of our beloved vendors, and her family are going through an incredibly difficult time. Her husband recently attended an immigration hearing and was unable to return home to his family.

As the primary provider for their household, his absence has left Fabiola facing unexpected financial and emotional challenges while caring for their children, including a baby under one year old.

This is why we're coming together on October 24th. 🦋

Local vendors, small businesses, and members of our community are joining hands to raise funds and help Fabiola and her children during this difficult season.

📅 Saturday, October 24, 2026
⏰ 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📍 Spark Centro
8801 E W.T. Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28227

🤍 Come shop local, support participating vendors, and be part of something much bigger than a market.

Every purchase, donation, and act of kindness can make a meaningful difference for this family.

Because community isn't just about celebrating each other's successes. It's about standing beside one another during life's most difficult moments.

Today, it's Fabiola and her family who need our support. Tomorrow, it could be any one of us.

We want to continue building a community where love isn't just spoken about, but shown through our actions. 🤍

“Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2

🙏 Please keep Fabiola, her husband, and their children in your prayers.

🦋 Can't attend? You can still make a difference by donating, sharing this post, or helping us spread the word!

Let's show this family what it truly means to have a community standing behind them. 🤍

🦋 MARIPOSA CON RAÍCES SPOTLIGHT: MEET SPARK CENTRO 💗

Before we fill the space with vendors, music, food, laughter, culture, and community… we want you to meet the place helping make room for it all. ✨

Spark Centro is more than a location.
It’s a growing hub in East Charlotte centered around opportunity — supporting entrepreneurs, strengthening the workforce, creating pathways for upward mobility, and bringing people and organizations together.

And for Mariposa, that means something special. 🦋

Every small business that sets up their table.
Every family that comes to spend the afternoon with us.
Every new connection made.
Every dream that gets seen, supported, and celebrated.

That’s community. 💗

We’re incredibly grateful to Spark Centro for welcoming Mariposa con Raíces into their space and giving us a place where culture, entrepreneurship, nostalgia, and community can meet in one area.

Even while Spark Centro continues growing and transforming, their space is already creating opportunities for community to come together — and we’re grateful to be part of it.

They made room for the community.
We’re bringing Mariposa to it. 🦋✨

Some vendors become part of the story. 🥹💗🦋

Meet Fabi, the woman behind Shaddai Store. (Productos personalizados) ✨

Fabi has been with us since her very first market, back when we were starting our markets in Rock Hill. We’ve had the privilege of watching her step into something new, put her faith in God, and grow her small business little by little.

And in just a few months… look how much she has grown. 🥹

From her beautiful glass cups and car coasters to bookmarks, mouse pads, tote bags and so many other handmade & personalized goodies, her booth has continued to grow right along with her. 💕📚🎀

But one of our favorite parts has been watching her take chances on herself—showing up at more markets, reaching new spaces, meeting new customers and continuing to trust God through the process. 🙏🏽

Fabi, we are so proud to have watched a piece of your journey from the beginning, and even more excited to have you joining us for Mariposa con Raíces. 🦋💗

Come visit Shaddai Store at Pink Picnic: La Hora Dorada and show some love to a small business that has been growing right alongside our market community. ✨
