We talk a lot about Brick & Motor, but today we wanted to talk about the people who help make it what it is. 🩷
✨ Our mom has been our biggest supporter since day one. She’s celebrated every win, encouraged us through every challenge, and reminded us why we started whenever we’ve needed it most—all while spending countless weekends right alongside us at the farmers market.
✨ Camie has been one of my best friends since we were about four years old. Watching her become part of Brick & Motor has been so special. Every Saturday, she’s in the store helping customers, making people smile, and treating this business like it’s her own.
✨ Annette started as one of our customers when one day we asked her to be a part of our team, simply because we just loved her. Even after moving to North Carolina, she’s never stopped showing up for us. She helps behind the scenes, represents Brick & Motor at pop-up shops, and continues to be such an important part of our business.
✨ Alexis came into our lives through our first photoshoots together. Somewhere along the way, we have all become so close. Whether we need help with a project, an event, or anything in between, she’s always the first to say, “I’ve got you.”
🌟 Honorable mentions:
🩷 Meg also started as one of our customers and now she’s been there for some of life’s biggest moments. She’s always offers a helping hand and is always there when needed, but what means even more is that our friendship has grown far beyond the boutique.
🩷 And Ryleigh! She’s a niece on the Sparkman side and has just started helping us out here and there with steaming, tagging, and all of the tedious behind the scenes tasks. We can’t wait to see how she grows with Brick & Motor.
We’re so lucky to have a team that believes in this dream as much as we do. Brick & Motor wouldn’t be the same without each of them, and we’re endlessly grateful for the love, time, and heart they pour into our little business. 🫶
