It’s Friday……and….its…..raining…..again. You can stay warm and dry at Hauberg Carriage Haus Bar and Hauberg Stables Gift Shop from 1:00-9:00. Today’s special drink is a Caramel Kiss Apple Cider. It’s a perfect day to take a tour and our mansion tour starts at 3:00. Adults $10.00, students are free. All Halloween is 20% off in the gift shop.

We love seeing students celebrate Homecoming and appreciate their interest in taking photos at the Hauberg Estate. Unfortunately, the Estate will be unavailable for Homecoming pictures due to a private rental on Saturday, September 26th. To respect the privacy of our guests, we kindly ask that students and families not enter the Estate or grounds during the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Oh my gosh, I am late in posting. Tomorrow is the 4th Wednesday of the month and that means it’s Hauberg Jazz Night! Everyone’s favorite, The Tritones will be at the Hauberg Carriage Haus Bar from 6:00-8:00. The bar opens at 4:00 and no rain in the forecast so you can sit outside and enjoy a lovely fall evening! We hope to see you there.

It’s Friday! Fall is right around the corner so how about a Fall Spiced Whiskey Sour for our special drink today. Hauberg Carriage Haus Bar and Hauberg Stables Gift Shop will be open from 1:00-9:00. There is still some really nice Halloween merchandise in the gift shop. Mansion tours are at 3:00 today and don’t forget about our punch card, 5 unique tours for $30.00 or if you want just the mansion tour it’s $10.00 per person, students are always free.

The urns this year are magnificent! I made the mistake of going to Wallaces Garden Center and I was looking for pots on sale and I came across the sale greenhouse. The plants were already Hauberg size and beautiful 😍. Our urn budget doubled because of 4 more urns in the Formal Rose Garden and with 6 weddings coming up, I knew they had to be stunning. Thank you Wallace’s for taking such good care of your plants. No more box stores for me.

It’s Friday and as summer is nearing its end let’s have one last summer drink…..Mermaid Water (that’s kinda fun). It’s also Tunes at the Tulip with Barefoot and Sunshine and what a gorgeous day it’s going to be. Sit under some umbrellas and come and celebrate the last days of summer. The gift shop has some great Halloween and fall items also. There will not be any tours today as we have a private event in the mansion. The fun starts at 1:00 and goes until 9:00pm. You can still walk around the grounds and see all the work done yesterday by United Way Day of Caring employees!

United Way Day of Caring 2026…..Wow. They planted trees, they planted bushes, they hauled mulch, tore down a hoop house, worked in the Children’s Art Garden to find drains and unplug them, metal edging was put around the in the Formal Rose Garden, cleaned chairs, organized a room in the basement. We got the stone moved but couldn’t get them in The Children’s Art Garden because it was too wet…..another day, but what a great job and we appreciate it so much.
