Feeling overwhelmed? You're not alone—and a little stress is totally normal. But when it starts to pile up, try these 3 simple ways to reset your mind and body:

1. Meditate: Find a quiet space, sit or lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Let go of worries and distractions, and simply be present in the moment. For example, you can try a guided meditation app like Calm or Headspace to help you get started.

2. Take a walk in nature: Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of the natural world. Feel the sun on your face, listen to the birds singing, and breathe in the fresh air. Disconnect from technology for a while and allow yourself to be fully present in the peaceful surroundings.

3. Write in a journal: Grab a notebook and pen, and spend some time reflecting on your thoughts and feelings. Write down what's on your mind, jot down things you're grateful for, or simply let your emotions flow onto the page. Journaling can be a therapeutic way to gain clarity and release pent-up emotions.
