I will be opening the distillery starting July 9th. We are located at 212 N Hwy 101 in Rockaway Beach (across from the post office) and our hours will be 11am to 7pm Thursday through Sunday. I have a few small things to take care of and I am looking forward to seeing you.

I have a final inspection on Monday. Here is hoping we get our final and we can open on Thursday. Its been a long process!!

It has been a while since I posted on the progress of the distillery. I am hoping to be open soon. The state has implemented new guide lines a few years a go for wineries and distilleries. I had to put in a fire detection system through the entire building, not just my business but my neighbors also. I have a little bit of mechanical to complete and an electrician to wire in the fire detection system. Then to get all the final inspections taken care of. It has taken 15 months to complete this process and frankly, I get why people do not look forward to puting in a business these days. All the people involved, the paper work and regulations has been insane. Lets get this open and have some fun and taste some spirits. Hope to see you all soon!!

I apologize for all the delays. I just ran into some more delays from the county. The distillery is put together and the tasting room is 95% complete. The state fire marshal isn't going to let me do anything until i get an approved occupancy. Since it was a police station previously we are trying to get an f-1 occupancy. We are hoping to be open by mid to late October. Thank you for your patience.

Just got our TTB approval and the Department of Agriculture approval. We are ready to start mashing in and distilling. Got a bit more equipment to move in this week to get started and we will be working.

The new distillery is coming along. The demolition has been done for a while, the wall seperating the distillery from the tasting room is up and sheet rocked, the rough in electrical and plumbing is done, the paint in the tasting room is finished and the paint in the distillery should be finished early next week. Still hoping to be open by june sometime. Hope to see you all soon, Bill

Hey everyone. Just wanted to let you know that i have leased a space in Rockaway Beach. I am presently working on the remodel and hope to have it up and running around the first of June. Besides the remodel I have to get through a bunch of relicensing too.
