Amazon sells a lot of new guitars that are shipped to the US from over seas that require attention from a luthier including new strings , set-up or even fret work so this may be the reason for the price difference buying in a local shop where you can sit back in a comfortable setting and have somebody hand you guitars to play for as long as you desire in order for you to chose the one that’s right for you. Plus, you have a place to come back for any advise or adjustments thats needed, even if it’s just a broken string or a complete set up. I try to buy right so I can sell at or below the internet price. Customers will always check and compare prices on their phones before making a purchase now a days and there more than welcome, and encouraged to do so.

Hidden problems from lack of humidity.
Invest in humidity packs. They will let humidity out if needed or soak it up if it’s too high and last 3 to 6 months.

BEWARE, Temu is selling
guitars with Martin and Gibson logos that if you don’t know what to look for, seem real. Please do not buy and promote the sale of these guitars. They are illegal forgeries and should be banned.
