On October 10th, I’ll be walking in the Out of the Darkness Community Walk in support of the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention. 💜

In 2023, I lost my dad to su***de. His loss changed my life forever, but through organ donation, he gave life to two others, a final act of kindness that continues to inspire me.

I’m walking in his memory and for every person and family impacted by su***de and mental health struggles.

If you’d like to support me, you can donate through my fundraiser or join us for the walk on October 10th. I’ll also be making su***de prevention shirts, with 50% of the proceeds going toward my walk. Orders will be open through September 27th.

Check in on your friends. Love them loudly. Remind them they matter. You never know what someone may be carrying. 💜
