Each Wednesday from June 17 – August 12, RiverWorks will be packing and delivering meals to local families, and we can’t do it without amazing volunteers like you!

Ways to help:
• Pack meals at Rockford High School
• Deliver meals to families in the community

THANK YOU to our community for your extraordinary generosity during the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive! And THANK YOU to our local postal carriers who went above and beyond collecting the donations and delivering them to RiverWorks Food Shelf!
Together we can do go great things to feed our local families in need! It's not too late to help...Fill a Bag! Feed a Family! Drop off your non-perishables at the Food Shelf or Thrift Store.

Memorial Day is just one week away 🇺🇸

We also encourage everyone to take part in the local Memorial Day events:
• 10:00 AM – Parade beginning at the Veterans Memorial
• 10:30 AM – Memorial Day Service at Elmwood Cemetery
• 11:00 AM – Rockford Lion’s Pork Chop Lunch at Riverside Park
• 11:00 AM – Ames-Florida-Stork House open for tours until 4:00 PM
