I have been working painting in acrylic paint lately and thought I would share some of the results with you.

I have been taking what they call 'wine & art' classes. This is one of the paintings we did. Good practice for me as I haven't painted in over 15 years. I do enjoy painting and will be taking s class in November at the local community college. I will post my art pieces as I do them. I hope you will enjoy them.

This is the other project I have been working on. It is a quilt for my King sized bed. I wanted to make it huge so it would cover the bed down to the frame covering the box spring. It's called a disappearing nine patch. When the block is finished it will be 14" square. It begins with a nine patch. When that is finished it is cut into quarters. Separate an add to that 5 more squares. I figured I would need 8 rows of 8 squares. 64 total. So far it has proven to be very time consuming. I have 2 totally completed and another 10 almost completed. The pic below just shows the two completed blocks. I may be working on this for a long time, lol

Wow it's been a while since I've added anything to my page. I've not finished any new dolls recently, have one half finished and several planned. I have been working on other projects not doll related and so I will post some pics of that. I hope you will enjoy.
