Another C.F. Smith Property Group development is officially moving forward at 3143 Carowinds Blvd.

With the closing complete and construction set to begin, Advance Auto Parts and Taco Bell are joining the development, with up to 1.51 acres still available for lease or purchase.

It’s an exciting milestone for the project as plans move from paper to progress along Carowinds Boulevard.
