On October 15th, 2023, CannaVana was closed, and we'd like to share some exciting news with you.
At CannaVana, we've always been dedicated to enhancing your experience as our valued customers. Your feedback has been instrumental in helping us identify areas for improvement, and we've been hard at work to bring about positive changes. We're thrilled to announce the development of a new Point of Sales system that is set to revolutionize your CannaVana experience.
This project has been months in the making, and it's a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction. We've listened to your feedback and are eager to address your least favorite aspects of the CannaVana experience.
Our new Point of Sales system represents a significant step forward. Unlike most companies, including CannaVana, that are limited to just three Point of Sales systems sharing the same servers, we have gone the extra mile to ensure we stay at the forefront of industry innovation. This endeavor has been a massive undertaking, especially considering the stringent regulations imposed by the Cannabis Control Commission, which require us to thoroughly audit all products before going live.
Many of you have sited concerns about the website not being user friendly. We have already made many changes upon your request. If you can think of anything that will make your shopping experience better with the website please email us at [email protected] You probably have seen the changes made already. We will try to have most of the menu along with THC uploaded by the end of the week 15th.
IMPORTANT: If you were a loyal member with a stored email in our system, you will need to reset your password using the provided link. If you didn't previously have an email associated with your account, you'll need to sign up again. If you encounter any issues during this transition, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We understand that there may be some growing pains, but please rest assured that we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible experience.
We are working on an express check out. Also for the inconvenience everyone will start off at a 10% tier as a thank you.
