Peek behind the curtains with this month’s Book Stop special - Biographies and Memoirs are only $2 each!

Located on the lower level of the Rockland Public Library, The Book Stop is open Monday-Saturday 10am-1pm. The Book Stop is a used bookstore run by volunteers from the Friends of Rockland Public Library. Donations are tax deductible and all proceeds support the library.

Heads up!

Notice of Upcoming Closure & More:

Maine Water is replacing the water main on Maple Street.
We’ve been advised that the library will be without water on Monday June 29th. Unless we learn the schedule has changed, the library will be closed on June 29th.

Please also note that beginning later this week, the only vehicle access to the library will be via Union and Beech streets, as long as is necessary to Maine Water’s work in the area.
