Domaines Ott is a deeply sought after producer from the very heart of Provence. Their wines embody elegance and honor the grapes from soil to bottle.

Our allotment of their 2025 Chateau de Selle has arrived in the shop and once it’s gone, it’s gone. Stop in or call ahead to get yours.

Pale pink and silver, offering a bouquet of citrus and flowers underpinned by delicate minerality and a lengthy and luxurious finish. ($65/Btl)

We also have some By Ott Cotes du Provence Rose 2025 (Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, $33/btl) available, but don’t misunderstand, this wine is not an after thought but instead yet another beautifully expressed Provence rosé.
