Jake decided it was time to step up his game and go after some beasts. Well this Shilton winch is the tool for the job. Spooled up with 500 yards of 65 lb Cortland HollowX and an SA 12 Wt Tarpon clear it’s definitely ready for some heavy lifting. Safe to say you can let em run when they want and put the brakes on em when it’s time to get down to business. Jake thanks for choosing us to prep you for the monsters of the deep.

Wanted to give a big shoutout to this man right here. Last Friday Shane came down from Austin to do a Shrimp Bizkit Tying Class. It went excellent and everyone tied up some good ones. We really enjoyed having you Shane and are sad to hear you’re moving back to Florida. Safe travels amigo! Thanks to everyone who came out for the class! Caleb came in today for the first time on a recommendation from a friend and I think it’s safe to say he had a great time. We got him set up with a sick new TFO Moment 8wt , Galvan T-8 and SA 8wt Bonefish plus line to replace his old clapped out set up. As well as a new box of flies, leaders and some fresh Trap Swag. He cracked a cold one and hung around for a bit while Kevin and I tied flies. We told fish stories, talked boats, laughed at stupid jokes and he left smiling with some fresh gear, fresh perspective and a couple of new fishing buddies. Go forth Caleb and conquer the marsh… then come back and tell us all about it. Thanks for stopping in amigo. See ya soon!
