It was such a pleasure to have Isaac Fitzgerald with us this past Tuesday along with Apple historian Todd Little-Siebold. We heard how this book came into being, what inspired Isaac Fitzgerald along the trail, the impact of community in a moment of isolation and a very good case for simply going on a walk, because you never know where it might lead you. Thank you to everyone who attended and participated. Catch Isaac again tonight as he interviews Hernan Diaz at Pascal Hall starting at 5.

Allegra Goodman’s review for The New York Times said it best: “Shetterly’s debut achieves a subtle grace, a quality of light and shadow worthy of a Bergman film.”

Shetterly is also the author of three previous books: “Modified,” “Made for You and Me,” and the bestselling “Fault Lines: Stories of Divorce,” as well as an editor at large for Frenchly, a French arts and culture online news magazine, for which she created the popular Le Weekend newsletter.
