Grammy’s Treasures Today

Grammy’s Treasures began in November of 2012. It really began because I was retiring from teaching and had a ton of supplies that I thought other teachers could use without paying too much. From that it morphed into toys, mostly for children 0-10 years old. My son, Will, joined the business in 2014 and really worked on finding toys for boys and procuring new products. He worked tirelessly in the business and it grew to have over 2000 different products. When he died late in 2016, the business was just too much for one person to handle anyone and my heart wasn’t in it. Having lots of inventory (I have over 250 barbies many of whom are very collectible) sitting around wasn’t right either so I decided to leave Amazon and restart on Facebook and Ebay but at a smaller more manageable scale.

As my husband started helping me, his interests pointed in new directions. He also has a business, Custom Medical Devices of TX and a few of his products (Wound and Compression Kits and Pet First Aid Kits were added to my store. He has long been in love with dishes and glassware and just can’t turn away from interesting sets of collectible dishes and glassware.
