📣 ORDER UPDATE — PULLOVERS, JERSEYS, CHEER OUTFITS & MORE

I just wanted to hop on and give everyone a quick update regarding current orders! 💙

Our original turnaround time was approximately 7–8 weeks. Unfortunately, production is currently running about 2 weeks behind the original estimated turnaround time.

When orders were placed, the turnaround times provided were based on the production information we had available at that time. We truly did not anticipate the huge volume of orders that came in, and we are incredibly thankful for every single one! With that volume, however, production has taken a little longer than originally expected.

The good news is—orders ARE moving and orders ARE arriving! 🙌

If your order is currently around the 8-week mark, I spoke with our manufacturer yesterday regarding that very large order, and it will be shipping to me within approximately 10–12 days. As soon as it arrives, I will work as quickly as possible to get everything sorted and into your hands!

I completely understand how frustrating delays can be, and please know that we are frustrated right along with you. We are actively working with our manufacturer to get production and shipping issues resolved so that we can get things moving faster and prevent these delays going forward.

I cannot thank everyone enough for your patience, understanding, and continued support of my small business. 💙 It truly means more than you know!
