Exciting News from First Flight Lures. We have officially reached an agreement to purchase Falling Tide Lure Co. Tyson Philyaw, the owner of Falling Tide Lure Co., is ready for a new chapter, and we are honored to have been given the opportunity to purchase his company and continue to provide these great lures. The Falling Tide spinnerbaits will work with the many custom options of First Flight Lures to better expand the line and push the industry forward. I have to say a big Thank you to Tyson for giving us this opportunity and for trusting our company. We hope to have these great lures for redfish and speckled trout available on our website in the next week or so. As always Thank you all for your support and your business.
A message from Tyson Philyaw. I have known Gene Holland with First Flight Lures for well over 10 years back to the days working shows at Tex’s Tackle and Intracoastal Angler. I’ve seen him driving countless miles like me supporting and growing his tackle company in North Carolina, working to get his products in fishing retailers and in the hands of guides alike. We share the same passion for fishing tackle made locally in North Carolina and influenced by guides and customer feedback. This has been the DNA of Falling Tide Lures and something that I have been proud to have accomplished as I know he has as well. The synergies between First Flight Lures and Falling Tide Lures will enable continued development and growth under First Flight Lures.
