Something new is on the way...

For the past week I've been constantly thinking about labyrinths. I can't seam to get them out of my mind.

Of course that led to research, which led to inspiration. So I had to create one.
This altar tray is based on the Chartres Labyrinth. It's a famous 12th-century walking labyrinth located in Chartres Cathedral in France. It is a single, winding path embedded in the floor of the cathedral's nave, traditionally used for meditative walking and pilgrimage. The labyrinth symbolizes the journey of life and spiritual reflection.

Here I've added a quote by Robert Ferré, "in a maze we lose ourselves, in a labyrinth we find ourselves”.
