John's journey with PACE began in 1992 when he joined the company as a Night Janitor while attending high school. After earning a degree in Physics from Sonoma State University, he built an exceptional career through hands-on experience across nearly every facet of our business, including warehouse operations, inside sales, and operational leadership.

Over more than three decades, John has played a vital role in PACE's growth and success, earning the respect of employees, customers, and industry partners through his dedication, integrity, and leadership. His career is a powerful reflection of the opportunities that exist within PACE Supply and the impact that commitment and perseverance can have over time.
