⭐️⭐️Long post ahead with all the info you need for Saturday!⭐️⭐️
🧡The grounds will open at 6 AM, and registration/scales will be open 6:30-8:30 AM for all species. We will close the scales at 8:30 am-no exceptions! Arriving on the grounds prior to 6am is at your own risk.
🖤The plan is to start Breeding Gilts as close to 9:30 am as possible in Ring 1 (Swine Barn). And Breeding Goats at 10am in Ring 2) (Sale arena).
🧡If you are stalling in the barns, there will be limited space. Space is on a first come, first served basis. If you have the ability to show off your trailer it’s highly encouraged.
🖤Shavings will be dumped on the west end of the swine barn.
🧡There will also be areas that will be no parking zones due to being access points for barns, entrance/exit to the grounds, as well as reserved areas for concessions, vendors, etc.
🖤Once you arrive on the grounds, please come to check in under the pavilion between the Sale Arena & Swine Barn, you will be given your exhibitor number and weight cards. DO NOT go to the scale until you are checked it and have your cards. Once you weigh your animal, you will leave your card with a crewmember at that location.
🧡Classes will be posted on Showmen when they are available, as well as hung in the barns.
🖤If you are stalling in the barn, we ask that you park the farthest distance from the barn/arenas to allow those showing off their trailer easier access to the areas.
🧡There will be one-way traffic going up the hill, from Red Oak to Parker. Please do not attempt to drive down the hill in order to keep traffic flowing and avoid congestion.
🖤If you are showing off of your trailer, you may enter the grounds from upper Memorial Park-Parker Dr. If you are stalling in the barn, we ask that you enter from Red Oak Dr.
🧡Wash racks are located below the Sale Arena, In the hog barn, as well as between the Sale Arena & Cattle Barns.
🖤Concessions will available on site as well as Elevated Show Supplies.
🧡Registration will be done 💯 through Showman. You are more than welcome to enter on showman, and pay with cash or check on ShowDay.
🖤Please be mindful and clean up after yourself and your team members, especially TRASH! In order to be welcome back to the Gasconade Co. Fairgrounds, we must leave them in the condition that we found them!
