Here's a little sneak peak for a new thing coming to Wildwood Mercantile and Cafe Verté tomorrow morning. They asked for apple turnovers, so we're making it happen! Our flaky puff pastry is filled with saucy fried organic apples and topped with our salted caramel drizzle, and we may be a bit biased here, but these things came out even better than we hoped for. We knew this dough laminator would come in handy for more than our crackers.

Speaking of crackers, we'll have some of those available at Montwell Community Market this weekend, too, along with a variety of our brownies, artisan loaves, and quite possibly some pepperoni rolls if we can work that in.

For our friends back home in Nicholas County, you can also find a selection of our stuff at Summersville Lake State Park with more to come there soon!

Gabby hand carved this perfect stamp for our sleeves and we are loving the vibe ! Are there easier ways to do these things ? For sure . But if we wanted it easy would be spending our time on something else ! We love the perfectly imperfect , no 2 are exactly the same vibe we get from hand printing , not to mention the joy of seeing the creativity flow back into this community . We love being able to pay someone to make art ! If you’re in town for the fair or looking to escape during the fair come see us ! We promise not to disappoint!
