A crazy evening at the sugar shack tonight!

Maple syrup producer, hoof trimmer, and now Bald Eagle rescuer. Sean is a man of many skills! 😂 in reality, we are so thankful Sean was at the shack today and noticed this injured eagle.

A special thank you to Ark Association To Rescue Kritters for all you do. They came quickly, carefully captured the injured bird, and took it back to their facility to give it the proper care.

Please consider supporting them if you can. They are all volunteer based and rely on donations to continue helping animals. Without them, injured wild animals in this area would have nowhere to go when they need help the most.

Hi everyone! Kaley here. 👋

I know I’ve been a little quiet lately, so I wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing!

May was a whirlwind for our family. Between caring for our animals, volunteering, preschool wrapping up, coaching T-ball, battling a few illnesses, helping family, and finishing the month with a much needed family vacation, we've been running nonstop!!

As excited as I am to get back into the swing of things at the sugar shack, my biggest and most important job will always be being a mom. ❤️ Life has been busy, blessed, and a little chaotic lately and I wouldn't have it any other way. 😊

Thank you all for your patience while I took some time to focus on family. Your support means so much to us!
