In Cascadia, completing a Keystone Habitat rewards you with a Nature Token. These tokens let you ignore the normal tile/token pairing, giving you much more control over your ecosystem. Sometimes saving a Nature Token for the perfect turn is the difference between winning and losing!

In Splendor, you cannot refuse a Noble's visit. At the end of your turn, if your development card bonuses meet a Noble's requirements, that Noble automatically joins you and is worth 3 Prestige Points. Even if you qualify for multiple Nobles at once, you may receive only one Noble per turn, and you choose which one to take.

Did You Know?
One of the most common Monopoly "rules" isn't actually an official rule. Under the official rules, landing on Free Parking does not award any money—it's simply a safe space where nothing happens. The popular practice of collecting taxes and fees from the center of the board is a house rule that Hasbro later acknowledged as a fan favorite, but it was never part of the original game rules.
