Big decision yesterday. I have been thinking of closing my Etsy shop for awhile and I'm finally doing it!
After a sale the other day, Etsy took their cut. It was ridiculous. The cost of the product, minus taxes and shipping supplies and my time, I hardly made a profit. This happens all too frequently. The kicker, the buyer decided she changed her mind and didn't want her purchase. So, I refunded her.
I'm already on Etsy's radar. They claim I am racist due to listing an Aunt Jemina bank. They also claimed I sell illegal goods. I do not. But, it's OK for resellers to sell junk and drop ship from Amazon.
