It’s been a little quiet around here! ❤️ I’ve been under the weather the last few days and unfortunately wasn’t able to get the variety cookie box giveaway drawn on Sunday. 😭

Banana pudding flavored cookie with vanilla wafers throughout, stuffed with a gooey marshmallow, baked on a vanilla wafer crust, then drizzled with white chocolate and topped with a vanilla wafer. 🤤

Who remembers Cosmic Brownies?!🙋🏻‍♀️😂One of those childhood snacks that just hit different!

So obviously… I had to turn it into a COOKIE!

This one is a rich, fudgy chocolate cookie topped with chocolate ganache and those famous little Cosmic Brownie sprinkles! 🌈🍫

Basically a childhood favorite, but in BIG cookie form. ❤️

I’m back from vacation and we’re starting off STRONG! 😂🙌

ONE of today’s cookies is a Strawberry Shortcake Roll Cookie! 🍓A huge vanilla cookie packed with freeze-dried strawberries, stuffed with Strawberry Shortcake Roll, then topped with strawberry glaze and another piece of the Strawberry Shortcake Roll 

Basically… I took my husband’s favorite snack cake and turned it into a cookie. 😂❤️

And yes… it’s just as good as it sounds! 😍🍓
