I’m not one to jump on IG trends but this one is special. Over the last year or so, it’s become more and more apparent that many folks forget there are actual humans running your favorite small businesses. We are not a commodity, our identity is not defined by our shop. We have lives, families, pasts, quirks, needs, and struggles you will never see. We are all figuring out life at the same time. There is a little child inside of us who is just trying their best while the world goes up in flames 🥹. I’m proud of the little strawberry blonde girl in these photos. But please, don’t make her do taxes 😩. She’s super bad with numbers.
