I had an electrical panel malfunction and am going to need to go on a parts run. Sweet Briar will not be open this afternoon, Sunday June 21st. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

UPDATE; I left the gate open when I left tonight so a couple people could get water after work. If you need a way to haul let me know I have a tank you can borrow. For those of my neighbors without power and needing water, whether for drinking, livestock or filling your camper you are most welcome to get water from the hydrant in front of the lower greenhouse. It's not there yet but I will put a garden hose by the hydrant. I have the water tested yearly and it is better than the water you get in Roseville if you are concerned about quality, it tests good.

Going to go ahead and call this today. We're closed until 1 pm. The storms and lightening just keep coming. Weatherman didn't predict this behavior for us today. Wave after wave rain, isolated wind bursts and lightening.

Still lots of color at the greenhouse. What is blooming in the perennial world? Hydrangeas, we have a half dozen different varieties, priced between $25 and $40. Lots od daylilies, tall garden phlox. A sea of the dwarf sunflowers $5 each. And wow, the bloom size on the echinebeckia, $7.50 each. Lots of $1 sale annuals left. Open today from 9 to 5
