For the past 25 years, I’ve had my own quiet tradition on September 11th.
I light a candle, sit in silence, and remember my two friends who were lost that day—along with every life taken and every family forever changed.
It’s always been something I’ve done just for me. A small, personal way to honor them, reflect on the memories we shared, and simply remember. 🤍
This year, I made this candle for that moment.
After sharing it, a few people reached out asking if I would make one for them too. I never created it with the intention of selling it, but I know remembrance looks different for everyone. If having one gives someone else a meaningful way to pause, remember, and honor someone they lost, I would be honored to make one for you, with or without a loved ones name.
Some traditions are quiet.
Some memories are forever.
Never forget. 🤍
