An Artisan's Emporium began as a search for a retail outlet for local craftspeople to share their work with our community. After many months of discussion and meetings, a small group of 3 met with a local developer to create a vision of a local marketplace in Uptown Roxboro. As a part of preparing our community for this market venture, pop-up markets were help to showcase the works of local talent

s. These pop-up markets were well attended and supported by the local community, preparing a path for a retail business to begin. Artists and crafters have been contacted to join this artisan adventure. Store opening is set for August 2106
