Fall soaps coming October 1st! These are for my booth at Railroad Days on the 3rd, but feel free to reserve one for yourself before that. Bars are $7 each. Here’s the lineup:

✨ Lemony Goodness: a BoeStead original with lemon, litsea, & bergamot essential oils, colored with titanium dioxide & mica powder (the mica starts out orange and then turns yellow).

✨ Holiday Spice: another BoeStead original that smells just like a fall simmer pot on your stove! Contains BoeStead honey with orange, nutmeg, cinnamon, sage, & clove essential oils, orange peel powder, topped with whole cloves & allspice. This one is left natural, with not additional color.

✨ To***co & Bay Leaf: this is a fragrance oil that is one of my favorite! It is a mix of bay leaf, fir needle, cedarwood, bergamot, & to***co, colored with activated charcoal & spinach powder.

✨ Pumpkin & Honey: this soap contains pumpkin purée & BoeStead honey! I use a combination of fragrance oils to enhance the pumpkin scent. Topped with peppercorns. This soap is naturally colored by the pumpkin.

✨ Morning Walk: this is a new one with grapefruit, tea tree, Sage & peppermint essential oils. Colored with indigo powder & titanium dioxide.

Opened up the hives today to see how the kids are faring. Have a couple of struggling ones, but also some good strong hives plugging along! They are slowly starting to get some honey out away, but really, the season is just getting started! And we even saw green pollen! That was a first!

Mom’s Day Gift Baskets ($27)! I did these for Christmas and have changed them up just a bit, for the better I think! Your Mom (or aunt, or sister or daughter) will receive a cute little basket with a 5oz jar of local wildflower honey, a lovely bar of milk & honey soap (only available with the baskets), a bamboo soap holder, a washcloth (pick your color or be surprised!), and some tea all wrapped up with a little bow!
Supplies and washcloth colors are limited. The photo shows all the colors currently available for the washcloths. I am not able to made-to-order washcloths at this time.

These are the BEST scrubs. And I’m not just saying that, the big jar in the photo came straight out of my shower and then went straight back in because this stuff is GOLD! I have 2 sizes, 9oz and 18oz glass jars. I’m offering 2 signature scents: Rise & Shine (orange, grapefruit, ylang ylang essential oils) and Honeybee (lavender & lemon essential oils, vanilla & honey fragrance oils—please note there is not actual honey in the scrub, just a fragrance).

I have a fresh batch of lovely soaps for mom (or for you!). These soaps are made with a blend of coconut, olive, and palm oil. They have great lather and make you feel fresh and clean without drying your skin or leaving a residue. Scroll through the photos for scents! Spring is springing up at the BoeStead! I know I’ve been a little quiet on this page, but am definitely staying busy behind the scenes. The most exciting happenings are, of course, in the bee yard! The bees are rapidly growing! I added 2 new hives (purchased in the fall) and did a split from a hive that overwintered. We went from 3 to 6 hives in just a couple of weeks and I plan to do one more split next weekend. I also have a few goodies for Mother’s Day gifts I’ll be posting about soon! Stay tuned!
