Who is actually covered by the NFA injunction?
This is a nerdy breakdown and patience is still required. True clarity will begin emerge from the fog of war. There are LOTS of moving parts that are in motion with ATF right now, eforms website going down for "maintenance" late evening August 18th.
Bottomline, if you're a client of Sporting Systems, you are covered. Sporting Systems is a member of several of the named plaintiffs organizations, thus, we are an associational commercial member of the plaintiffs. As an associational commercial member, our current and future customers are covered. We expect this will quickly become moot, as ATF likely disassembles the NFA as it relates to suppressors, SBRs, SBSs and AOWs. As soon as we have procedural clarification on ONE item, we intend to proceed in accordance with state and federal law. Until then, we are still processing Form 4 applications and have hundreds of suppressors in stock.
