All of our machines can also use up to 40% regrinds. We have the industry leading delivery system for the raw materials. Thats a whole nother equation on its own. In this video. 40% is regrind. saving us approximatley 32.00 per 5 gallons of mfg cost.

Mini 45k with one mold
Maxi 75k with one mold

ok now let look at revenue.

molds are about Double the cavity count maxi vs mini.

lets say 5" stick bait.
material cost .03
labor cost lets say 20.00 hr

30 cavity mold .016 per bait labor
ie 40 shots per hour.

60 cavity mold .008 per bait labor
40 shots per hr

now lets run 10000 baits

Mini cost me 160.00 in labor
Maxi cost me 80.00

Mini netted me let say 1000 bags at wholesale of 3.00

Maxi netted me 1000 bags at wholesale of 3.00

3000.00 wholesale value

In the sme time as mini made 1000 bags at 3000.00 less 160.00

Maxi made 2000 bags at 6000.00

10000 bags of baits, doubled the wholesale value 30000/60000

now the 30k difference in startup cost just absorbed itself.

If your dream is to be yamamoto. Zoom etc. You eventually will need to be Maxi....

For the record, i do understand starting slow. we did it. do i wish i had bought a big new machine first, 100%.... But we couldnt.
