Make sure you don’t miss this awesome event put on by Honey Run Beach and Campground it’s going to be the ultimate campground bash with some big prizes for costumes and best decorated campsites/trunks. Trick or treating and best yet. Open to the public! We will be there serving butterbeer, cotton candy and this will be the last day to enjoy a snow cone from our food truck. Come listen to some music, let the kids trick or treat, enjoy a fresh cold creamy butterbeer while your kids stuff their face with our cotton candy and make the best memories with friends. ❤️ we will see you guys there.

Running a business has its good days and its bad days. You become responsible for everything. The decisions, inventory, time management, investments, finances. Even as a family business I make every hard decision, I interact with you guys, I answer for problems and quickly come up with the solutions.
Only one time in my entire 3 years have I had a customer who haunts me to this day.
Truth is do I really think everyone who walks away is perfectly happy 100% of the time? Maybe not. I do know that overall in this crazy world we are overwhelmingly surrounded by love and the best reoccurring customers. When we have customers who share there pictures with us, previous experiences they had, or travel to see us it reminds me that the weight I carry as a business owner makes a difference.
I want to thank both Lone Mountain Campground and Honey Run Beach and Campground for having us today. I wish I got some pictures of the faces today. The amazing comeback of dirty sodas, the loaded snow cones and huge cotton candy cones were getting some BIG smiles. ❤️
As always, I adore your pictures, I appreciate you as my customers and can’t wait to continue down our path as business owners.

I just wanted to take a second to reflect on this past weekend.
We always choose to try and make bethel events. It’s my hometown and we have always had some friendly support. This past weekend we made over $1000 worth of orders when our average item costs $5 that’s roughly 200+ orders out the window. Many know if you saw us Saturday I became very ill during the middle of the day which made me need to step back from the trailer and allow my family to take over. My daughter is trained in the trailer but my husband is not. So many experienced a first for the entire family.
As a business owner I do my best to always remain positive but the lack of understanding still has me shaken up. I am 3 days out and finally starting to recover from whatever I was going through. I remained as positive and kind as I could and genuinely apologized for the wait. I have never in all my time been treated the way I was treated Saturday. The solution to utilize my trained daughter wasn’t one I took lightly. But she was capable with her dad and has done many events this season. It may have meant the trailer ran a little slower without me but they did their best while I was very sick.
The biggest take away today is empathy goes a long way. We love our customers. We appreciate you. We grow for you to always have a good experience. A unique experience. We are family owned and we do our very best to make product as fast as we can while providing an affordable stop at all your favorite events. Unfortunately our lines are sometimes long and slow when the average family orders 4-5 products each FRESH! The heat and humidity cause bodies to move a little slower.
Kindness and understanding goes so far.
Next season we will be making some changes but until then we are wrapping up our season with gratitude. Because yes there will always be someone who makes a negative impact. There’s so many more who make positive ones. I want to thank you all who have supported us up to this point our third year. We love our loyal customers. We love your smiles. Your shock when you get a loaded snow cone or a big puff of cotton candy. You are what makes the hard moments worth it. 🩷

We have had to get a res inspection due to offering new things in the trailer that require a 3 bay sink. A new menu is about to be launched.
One of the new menu items is coconut cream and sweet cream which require refrigeration. Both are worth the time and investment soon you will experience that for yourself. 🩷😍
A little back story of the coconut cream-
I became inspired by a snow cone shop in Hawaii I talked about this a little at the start of the season which pushed me to all biodegradable bowls, spoons and straws for snow cones. [sugar cane products]. No customers complained about their bright plastic snow cone flower cups but deep down a hated seeing them all over the place in trash cans and on the ground. So when I dug deeper I found this incredible snow cone shop and it inspired me to invest in many things. If you didn’t know snow cones are my favorite product to make. 🩷
So part of the upgrade we hope to add real sweetened coconut milk to our menu AND fresh cut fruit. With these upgrades it required us to be inspected again, refrigeration and installing a 3 bay sink. We also are adding more to our permanent menu within the coming weeks.
It’s nearing the end of our season ALREADY! [so sad it flew right by!] We are looking to start booking for next year and a few events in September. We are sure to really provide an incredible experience! Message us early to ensure a spot on our calendar. 🩷

I had the best experience yesterday..
I randomly chose to open the trailer last night for campground bingo. Tess gave tickets to a few winners of kids bingo which they got to use at my food truck.
This boy came up with the biggest smile and intense gratitude. Twitching from excitement. He said- “this is literally the best day of my life. I won a free snow cone and I wasn’t even going to play.” This boy had won a simple Snow-cone and he acted like he won a million dollars. The gratitude has NEVER been matched in all the time I have worked my trailer. So I went above and beyond for him. Loaded it with candy, the umbrella the entire works. Because in a world that forgets gratitude and only sees the glass half full. He chose to be so thankful for that $5 snow cone. It also reminded me why I chose to do a kid friendly business. This is what it’s all about. 🥹🩷 I ADORE MY FREAKING JOB!

I wanted to take a second and thank you all for your love and support. 4th of July wasn’t just successful financially you all showed up to love and support us in big ways. My lines were slightly long even with help but you all were so patient and kind.
Right after our eventful/ successful 4th of July we decided to rip the trailer apart and remodel with a fancy new 3 bay sink, paint job and counter. We moved our freezer to the front so we no longer need to walk across the trailer to put ice in the machine.
Then we promptly attended Honeyrun’s amazing hooked on community event. We served a lot of people but the best part was having someone come up and say.
“I don’t want anything but I do want to give you a tip you are such a hard worker”.
This made my day and meant so much. Because this has been such a different season for us. We have poured everything we have made and saved into our trailer this season. Hard work has looked and felt like so many different things. I am currently attending college classes, working different jobs, being a mom and wife AND yes running our business. I work every day of the week. So when it’s recognized it feels so good knowing other people see my hard work. 🩷💙
