Senate Bill S2098 would ban menthol v***r products in Rhode Island by classifying them as flavored products, taking away an option many adults use instead of ci******es. Adults deserve access to better alternatives, especially when ci******es remain widely available and continue to cause immense harm. Protecting harm reduction means protecting adult choice and allowing adults to make informed decisions about lower-risk alternatives.
