All of our work and products are guaranteed, so if there is a problem with the condition of an item, please email as soon as possible to [email protected] with any issues. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping since we hand make every one. "Defective" items may be exchanged for the exact same item upon return of the defective item back to Sparkle and Bling. Any and all "defect

s" must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receiving your item. All sales of decals are final with no returns. Thank you!
