Together we have focused on weight loss, strength training, and nutrition improvement. She has absolutely crushed it.Since working together she has dropped over 20lbs and has shown huge improvement in overall muscle strength, toning of her stomach, daily energy, and overall health. We have two cleaning stations provided for members to clean equipment before and after use. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and safe place for our community to train at.
