*Items are consigned for 90 days. After 90 days you can choose to donate or pick them back off the floor for a fee.
* You will receive a store credit of 40% of the sold price on all items sold, up until to the expiration date.
*We accept gently used, like new children’s and women’s maternity clothing.
* Clothing MUST be clean and laundered when it arrives at the shop to be sorted. Please!
*Items we accept: all clothing, shoes, accessories. No undergarments, No diapers, toys or any other children’s products at this time.
* We reserve the right to limit the number of articles accepted at one time.
* Prices will be set by Willow Bee Exchange. All discounting will be done at the discretion of Willow Bee Exchange, keeping in mind the best interest of the consignor.
* Any unsold items that you would like returned must be picked up no later than 7 days after the end of the consignment period. You are responsible for finding items you would like returned.
* Willow Bee Exchange is not responsible for any theft or damage of item while consigning with us. We will protect your items to the best of our ability.
* If we find that any item is damaged that we missed while putting it on consignment we have the right to discount the item or return the item to you.

The end of a chapter. 🥹 Thank you soooooo much to everyone who made our shop the most amazing little kids store everrrr!!! What a community we built !!!!! The support we received and continue to receive is incredible. The Rutland community is unlike anything we have experienced and we are so grateful for being a part of it !! This is not the end for WillowBee’s !!! Thank you all for being patient during this transition ! We are still looking for spaces and for now I’ll be working on getting things uploaded to our website and getting our live sales underway soon! Unpacking a whole shop is a lot of work so bear with me as I get to work on it this week !!! Please message or call with any questions. Thank you all sooooo much !
