Mel's Hearth Wood Candles & Crafts We are a small family owned and operated business making hand poured candles and crafts for your home. All products are made in Vermont

We are a small family owned and operated business located in the green mountains of Vermont. Our company came to be when we were making candles for Christmas presents one year and everyone wanted to buy them. After many orders, and smelling up the kitchen, our little company came to be what it is today. We strive to make everyone happy with their purchase. All of our candles are hand poured, not poured by a machine. With that being said, as they are hand poured, it takes a little bit of time to melt, pour, cure each and every candle. We do things around here the old fashioned way and have found that this works better than having a bunch of machines. Because we are a small home operated online business, we do have a few rules. No you can not call us to place an order. As we are busy making your candles, it is hard for us to be constantly answering the phone. We do have an email address and we will get back to any questions you have via email. [email protected]

No, you can not stop by our home to order or pick up your products. This is our home and we would like to keep foot traffic to a bare minimum. We are sure you understand. We will be adding more candles and other items to the web site as it grows. Candles are not our only product and as they become available, we will make sure you are aware of the newest and latest products we have available. We will also be adding to our product line crafts for the home such as pillows, throws, soaps, and spa boxes for every occasion. And eventually apparel that will suit everyone! Thank you for choosing our company for your home needs. We look forward to doing business with you now and in the future.
